The moment the problem is registered, the information would be displayed at the centralized hub in head office on a real time basis. The software, especially developed, has been so designed as to simultaneously send alert to the engineer concerned for Action. The head office will monitor the development.
This system is unique to Kirloskar and is inspired by our endless efforts to reach out to our customers to serve them better. We, again, were the first radiotherapy company in India to stock extensive inventory of spare parts. This has not only brought an upturn in the functioning of our units but has also eased the pressure of procedures the hospital staff used to face for arranging urgent imports.
