technical support of radiotherapy equipment. Our service expertise is not
only available in India, but also to many countries of the world. We have
undertaken many projects in countries of Indian Sub-continent, China, Middle
East, East Europe, Africa and Vietnam.
Many of our service engineers have been trained at the
Principal’s factories and all of them are approved for undertaking services
by Atomic Energy Regulatory Board. We continue giving advance training to
our engineers on our products and related technologies.
From Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) to service on
demand, we have developed various plans to suit your requirements as well as
budgets.
A Special inventory of factory-original parts is available
in India to ensure quick response, minimum delay and less down time. We have
a rigorous Preventive Maintenance Schedule which is mandatory followed by
our engineers while providing warranty, AMC and CMC services.
