To serve you better in the maintenance of our machines, we have reached a new high. At the dawn of New Year Our CMD, Dr. K.R. Singh, formally launched Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to improve the efficacy of our service operations.

I am immensely pleased to inform you that now each of our radiotherapy machine has been allocated a number, which will be conveyed to you. A dedicated toll-free phone line will be available to you to record your problems.

The moment the problem is registered, the information would be displayed at the centralized hub in head office on a real time basis. The software, especially developed, has been so designed as to simultaneously send alert to the engineer concerned for Action. The head office will monitor the development.

This system is unique to Kirloskar and is inspired by our endless efforts to reach out to our customers to serve them better. It represents another milestone in the history of radiotherapy equipment firms of India and gels very well with our corporate philosophy “We sell Solutions, not machines alone”.

It has been our endeavor to retain our track record of highest standards for our machines so that it achieves a higher uptime. More so, in a country like ours which needs three times the number of Tele Therapy units we have.
