Our Customer Support System is a highly advanced system conceptualized and developed in house by us. Customer Support System operates through a dedicated Toll Free No. where our customers can log on their machine complaints, reminders, etc. via Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) & SMS from any part of the country.
Highlights of our IVRS Customer Support System are:
- All our installed machines are assigned machine codes; our IVRS server has complete details of each machine stored in database.
- Whenever the complaint is logged by the customer for a machine our system automatically generates and sends an email and sms immediately to the designated Regional Manager and Engineers. Engineer who is to attend the call acknowledges and the system allows the status of machine to be monitored continously till it is back in order.
- Our Engineers can attend to any breakdown calls immediately reducing the machine downtime.
- System generates complete MIS reports for machines which can be used for management decision making and customer support.
