Clinical Support

KTPL believes in maintaining strong clinical support infrastructure. We maintain a team of application specialists to provide necessary training and support to the customers so that they can use our medical equipments optimally and quality assured treatment can be given to the patients in case of our various therapy devices. 

Our valued customers benefit from the experience and training of our well-trained and qualified application support team, all of whom have the relevent degrees and possess in-depth knowledge of the subject. Also, our application support team members keep their skills honed by attending training courses conducted by our principals about latest advancement in their devices and its applications. Moreover, our application support team is easily accessible, since they are based out of cities which are centrally-located.

The broad objective of our clinical support infrastructure is: 

  • Improve patient care and throughput of the machine
  • Optimize clinical workflow management
  • With access to the skills and expertise of our clinical support team, customer-hospitals can focus on patient service. 
  • Reduce the cost burden for customer hospitals in acquiring technical staff already skilled in using the device.

Work of application specialist starts with installation of machine at the site. In the beginning, KTPL's team is based at the hospital and is involved in pre-commissioning and assisting hospital staff in conducting all the necessary quality assurance and acceptance-tests on the device. Thereafter, application specialists see that the staffs of the site are given necessary training for handling the machine. They work till hospital staff become proficient in usage of the device.  

Since physician, physicist and technologists have different work and responsibilities, we provide separate module of training for each of them which includes hands-on practice.   

Since workflow requirements change with rapid advancement taking place in the field of medical technology,  KTPL clinical and application support team work with hospital staff on continuous basis to build a solution capable of addressing them.
