We give a lot of emphasis to the proper training of our manpower. It is with this objective that continuous development programme on soft skill improvement, tailor-made to the specific needs of an individual, is scheduled throughout the year. Technical training on product skills is generally given at our Principal’s facilities abroad. These trainings in USA, Europe or other countries in the world are comprehensively designed, extending over 8-12 weeks. An engineer is required to go through a rigorous exercise in the class room environment and then he is sent to a site in that country, with a certified engineer in supervisory role. This gives him an opportunity to observe the highest quality standards practiced by our Principal and at the same time have hands-on experience. The goal is for the trainee to demonstrate competency in all of the procedures of installations and maintenance. It is seen that by the end of this phase of training, the trainee is able to perform all tasks independently. On their return back, they have not only refined their technical capabilities but exude immense confidence to service the machine and ensure highest up-time for our machine.
